Buy rate,or you can call it "Discount Rate".It is charged by the gateway when processing transactions successfully.It is usually a percentage of the order amount.
For example,let's say your buy rate is 4.00%,
When you send a transaction with amount 100.00 USD to iPasspay,4.00 USD out of 100.00 USD will be taken away by the payment service provider.
So if you have no any other rate or fees,you will only see 96.00USD in your balance.
